Coordinate Medical Travel

We assist in the research and gathering of medical procedures or other treatment options in Europe to empower patients and their families in making an informed decision.

We facilitate direct access to elite European physicians and surgeons, prestigious clinics and hospitals, and updated information about medical procedures available at 60-80% discount from typical US hospital fees. We also provide individual case managers that guide customers through the entire process- one is a U.S Case Manager and the other is a European Case Manager. Working as a team, they seamlessly coordinate all aspects of the medical travel from start to finish.

Travel Assistance
The Case Managers help organize all air travel and accommodations for customers and their traveling companions. The US Case Manager assists with all travel arrangements. Upon arrival in the new country, the European Case Manager greets customers and provides airport assistance, transportation, and information about the destination.

Language Assistance
The European Case Mangers provide language assistance during physician appointments as well as during any encounter related to care at any hospital facility. Acting as a personal assistant, the European Case Manager is available to customers throughout the entire stay.
