We are a medical tourism service agent company providing information on medical treatment and related tourism packages outside the continental United States. We research, gather, compile and provide this publicly available information to you for your personal use in making a more informed decision about your medical treatment options outside the USA. We help facilitate our customers with information regarding medical tourism options, departure from their home country, arrangements at the airport, hotel accommodation and transportation for medical tourism.  We are not medical professionals but merely assist in making decisions about choosing the suitable doctor and hospital facility by providing information about doctor’s credentials and hospital facilities outside the U.S.  We do not recommend, endorse or approve any specific doctor or hospital facility listed on the website for your medical treatment. We recommend you to always seek the advice of a medical doctor in the United States or your home country, before making any decisions about your medical treatment outside the United States.

We are not responsible or liable for any treatment or other services rendered by any doctor, or for any malpractice claims or other claims that may arise directly, or indirectly, from any such advice, treatment, or other services rendered. You are fully responsible for choosing any doctor, procedure or facility for your medical treatment as you feel appropriate.

You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of this Web site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. You agree that regardless of any law or statute to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Web site and these Terms of Service must be filed within one year of the date the cause of action arose, or be barred as untimely. Privacy Policy

The protection of our users' personal information is extremely important to us.  We do not sell or share your information to any third party at any time without your permission.

Travel Documents

All documents issued to you are not transferable. These documents may include but are not limited to hotel and tour vouchers, airline tickets, or other documents for confirmation of an arrangement with a service provider. All participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel documents necessary for travel. We could provide visa information and other travel regulations if needed.

Deposits and Pre-Payments

In addition to this website's Terms & Conditions which govern your use of this website, any use of our services is also governed by these additional Payment Terms.  Three weeks before the scheduled departure date, at least ten percent deposit of the total procedure price and one hundred percent of all other expenses will be required to reserve the booking.  In order to confirm all bookings, all participants will be required to make payment through Wire transfer, certified check or Money Order.  We will hold all payments for doctors and surgery in a non-interest bearing account until a written and signed approval is received from the patient after the contact is established with the chosen doctor. One hundred percent of procedure amount should be deposited before the procedure is performed.

Prices, Fares, and Rates

All prices, fares and rates are in United States dollars and are per person, unless otherwise indicated. These quoted prices, fares and rates are subject to change at any time prior to departure.  Prices for doctors and surgery are not final until the surgeon evaluation is completed overseas.

Cancellation and Amendments

All the cancellations must be made in accordance with the following cancellation terms. In order to ensure accuracy we only accept cancellation and amendments in writing addressed to Unimar, LLC customer service team. All amendments and cancellation of airfare is subject to the amendments and cancellation policy of the airline from which the ticket was purchased.

If you cancel your tour package you will be charged only for the services used and ones that are non refundable. Because of the nature of the service and health of the patient it may be very possible that patient will have to undergo additional procedures, and/or Medical tests if the doctor/hospital that you have chosen determines such a need. Those details and cost associated with any such services will be thoroughly discussed, approved and paid by the patient before services are rendered. Due to the medical condition doctors/hospitals may advise the patient to extend the stay. Patient will bear the responsibility of additional costs that they may incur as a result of unplanned extension to their stay. Unimar, LLC or its affiliates will not be held liable for any such charges.
